- Template List
- For Enterprise users, all templates created by all users will be displayed.
- The template list will display standard templates, custom templates, shared templates, and company templates.
- This will allow Enterprise Users to standardize their templates used across the organization.
- Billing
- For Enterprise users, a billing page will be available showing monthly billing based on user count.
- This will allow for transparency with monthly billing.
- User Management
- For Enterprise users, a user management page will be available to create users as well as manage username, email addresses, enabled status, and account type (Free, Essential, or Professional – Enterprise users cannot create other enterprise users).
- The new ability to create users will take the place of the current invitation process.
- This will streamline the new user onboarding process and allow Enterprises to self-serve disabling of users for billing management.
- Model Filters
- For Enterprise users, the deal list will allow the user to see all models within the organization.
- The user will be able to filter models by with whom the model is shared.
- This will improve the ability for organizations to collaborate as a team when servicing their customers and more easily find a specific users deal.
- Progress Bar
- In Wizard, a progress bar will display the percentage of the Template complete.
- This will allow users to more accurately gauge how much time is necessary to complete the template.
Upcoming
- Completed Template Toggle
- A toggle at the end of the Wizard and on the Freeform page will allow a Professional user to note that they have completed the Deal to their satisfaction.
- Selecting the toggle sends an email to the corresponding Enterprise users that the Deal is ready for review.
- A column on the Deals page will note if the Deal is complete.
- This will allow for quicker review and less manual communication when a deal is complete.
- Flag for Follow-up – Professional Users
- Professional users will be able to flag individual questions on questionnaires or model features for follow-up.
- Professional users will be able to show only those questions on questionnaires that have been flagged for follow-up like they can with unfilled.
- Professional users will have the option of exporting a separate Excel tab with those question on questionnaires that have been marked for follow-up.
- This will allow for more productive interactions between Professional and Enterprise users and allow them to focus on only those questions they need to review.

- Shared With Me
- Shared with Me templates will appear on the dashboard.
- Shared with Me template will appears at the top of the Template screen.
- This will make it more obvious for Professional users where they need to start.
- Exports
- Exports will be custom branded for the Enterprise.
- This will improve the overall immersive branding experience for Enterprises.
- Enhanced User Tracking
- Enterprise users will be able to see detailed information about users currently in the system and the summaries of latest changes made.
- This will allow for closer monitoring of users and more opportunities to intervene if helpful.
- Monthly Projections
- User will be able to input seasonality and have monthly projections created automagically from the projections.
- This will greatly reduce the amount of effort needed to satisfy the monthly projection requirement.
- Working Capital Projections
- User will be able to input historical working capital and have monthly working capital projections created automagically.
- Any shortfall or surplus will be provided to the user with the option to adjust sources and uses to compensate.
- This will allow the user to more accurately forecast sources and uses.
- Working Capital Detail
- User will be able to input detailed working capital including accounts receivable, inventory, other current assets, accounts payables, prepaids, and other current liabilities.
- This will improve forecasting detail to the extent desired by user.
- Stripe Integration
- Billing will be integrated with a Stripe, allowing for automatic payments for Enterprises.
- This will allow for less payables processing cost for customers.
- SBA Interest Rate Improvements
- SBA Interest rate can be set to utilize the prime rate forward curve to automagically project future interest rates.
- This will improve the cash flow forecast significantly especially in an environment where rates are projected to rise or fall.
- SBA Use of Proceeds
- A questionnaire will allow the user to provide dollar amounts and descriptions aligning with the SBA approved user of proceeds.
- This will assist with information collection as it is broadly used by SBA lenders.
- Tax Rate Customization
- A customized tax rate will be allowed or to set the state of company including the ability to choose the state.
- The state tax rate will then be included automagically and appropriately netting done from Federal taxes.
- This will improve the cash flow forecast significantly especially for states with outlier tax regimes.
- Feature Request Enhancement
- Feature requests will allow for seamless screenshots in addition to a text input.
- This will allow for richer commentary on the product and more accurate creation of new feature requirements.
- Monday.com Integration
- Enterprise users will be able to generate a new user and send an invitation via Monday.com instead of in the product web portal.
